1. Agreement
These terms cover your use of the TrendToWealth website, newsletters, research, models, and tools (the “Service”), run by TrendToWealth LLC (“we” or “us”). By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Educational content, not investment advice
The Service offers general market research, hypothetical model examples, and tools for education and information. It is not investment, tax, or legal advice and is not tailored to you. TrendToWealth is not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer. You are responsible for your own investment decisions. Our Investment Disclaimer is part of these Terms.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your sign-in email secure, and notify us of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Some features may require a paid subscription. If you purchase one, the price, billing period, any trial, and renewal terms are shown before you confirm, and payment is processed by our payment provider. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through your account’s billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise at checkout. We may change prices with advance notice for future billing periods.
5. Permitted use
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly display our content beyond brief quotations with attribution; scrape, crawl, or bulk-download the Service; share account access; attempt to bypass access controls; or use the Service in violation of any law.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its content, models, methodology descriptions, data compilations, software, and trademarks, is owned by TrendToWealth or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Third-party market data remains the property of its providers.
7. Your saved research
Workspaces, portfolios, lists, and assumptions you save remain yours. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process, and display them to you in order to operate the Service.
8. Third-party data and links
The Service relies on data from third parties and may link to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, data, or services, and we do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or availability.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no promises, express or implied, including about accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not promise the Service will always be available or error-free, or that any data, calculation, or model result is correct or complete.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, TrendToWealth and its owners, employees, and providers are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any trading or investment losses, that come from using or relying on the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Indemnification
If your misuse of the Service or breach of these terms leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover our resulting losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees.
12. Changes and termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service. We may update these Terms, and the “Last updated” date above will change when we do. If you have an account, we will email you about material changes and ask you to accept them before you continue using your account. For everyone else, continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time, and we may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
