Information you provide

When you create an account, TrendToWealth stores your email address, verification and access status, and account timestamps. If you choose to provide them, your investor profile and email preferences are also saved.

When you save research, the service stores the workspace, portfolio, investment-list, or assumption-set configuration and its name and save dates. These saved items are associated with your account and are available in your private Resource Library.

Newsletter sign-up records can include your email, name if provided, subscription status and preferences, and sign-up source or campaign details. If you contact us, we keep your message and our reply.

Information collected automatically

The site stores first-touch attribution in browser session storage, and uses browser storage for conveniences such as your theme, dismissed notices, and unsaved drafts. Signing in uses a secure session cookie. Google Analytics is loaded only when a measurement ID is configured for the deployment; when enabled, the app sends page-view and selected interaction events such as sign-up, market-map views, and calls to action. Google Analytics may use its own cookies.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure your account, deliver newsletters and account emails, save and display your research, process subscriptions, understand how the site is used so we can improve it, and respond to your requests. We do not use your information to give you personalized investment recommendations.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the service, under their own privacy terms: Beehiiv for newsletter subscription and delivery, Resend for account email, Stripe for payment processing (we do not store full card numbers), Google Analytics for site measurement when enabled, and our hosting and database providers. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of TrendToWealth or others.

Retention and security

We keep account information and saved research while your account is active, and afterward only as long as needed for legitimate business or legal purposes. We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices and requests

You can change your investor profile and email preferences in your account. Newsletter messages include an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing does not automatically delete your account or saved research.

Data export and account deletion are not self-service yet. To request a copy or deletion, contact [email protected] from the address on your account. We may need to verify the request before acting.

Children

The service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above, and we will give additional notice of material changes where appropriate.
